You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost.
We may cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
Refunds for completed services are only provided in cases where we have failed to meet our service standards and cannot remedy the issue. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion and are subject to our investigation and approval.
Partial refunds may be provided for services that are partially completed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather interruptions or equipment failures. The refund amount will be proportional to the portion of the service that was not completed.
